We’re looking for a (Junior) Performance Marketeer. 32 to 40 hours a week in Groningen, with your own client portfolio from early on.
Onpressive is a creative, data-driven performance agency from Groningen. We help D2C brands scale on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
We are not the kind of agency that bills by the hour to keep ads running. We work as a strategic partner, and we measure ourselves by how much our clients grow.
As a Performance Marketeer you get your own client portfolio early on. You set up the campaigns, optimise them and scale them, and you own the results that come out of them.
You won’t be doing that on your own. You work closely with our creative studio, and we expect you to think along about strategy just as much as execution.
Most of your week is spent in the ad accounts. You build and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, and you steer on ROAS, POAS and profitable growth for your clients.
You also come up with email marketing campaigns, and you turn what you see in the data into creative and strategic input for the studio.
You are in direct contact with your clients and you take ownership of your portfolio. And when you spot a better way of working or a tool worth trying, we want to hear it.
You have proven experience with paid social. Meta is a must, TikTok and Snapchat are a plus.
Just as important is how you work. You are structured and independent, you think in results instead of excuses, and you are eager to keep getting better at what you do.
