We collect the information you provide when you fill in a contact form or book a meeting through Calendly, such as your name, email, phone, company and message. We also collect data you send us when applying for a job, such as your CV, portfolio and references.

How we use your data

We use this information to respond to your messages or meeting requests, to review job applications, and to keep records as required by law.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers, such as email or scheduling tools, if needed to deliver our services.

Retention

We keep contact form and meeting data for up to twelve months. We keep job application data for up to six months, unless you allow us to keep it longer. We keep legal records such as invoices for up to seven years.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or limit your data at any time by sending an email to info@onpressive.com.

We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
